新型城镇化的持续推进离不开城市商业的健康发展,因此研究城市商圈的布局和集聚过程很有必要。目前城市商圈的研究主要集中在微观层面零售企业选址和消费者购物之间的互动影响及中观层面的城市商圈发展过程和布局。本文基于异质性视角,分析地理异质性、人口异质性、资源禀赋异质性和经济基础异质性对城市商圈集聚的影响,并从时间层面和空间层面探讨在商圈集聚过程中异质性的作用,最后以长沙市四个商圈为例进行经验检验。
New urbanization cannot continue without the healthy development of urban commerce, so it is necessary to study the city business areas and their agglomeration process. Most literature about city business areas mainly concentrated on the interaction effect between retail enterprises' location and consumers' shopping at micro level and development and the layout of city business areas at medium level. Based on the perspective of heterogeneity, this paper analyzed the geographical heterogeneity,population heterogeneity, resources endowment heterogeneity and the economic base heterogeneity, and discussed the way heterogeneity influencing the agglomeration process from the aspect of time and space. Finally it took four city business areas in Changsha for empirical test.
