民族地区商贸流通业与居民消费能力协同发展对促进民族地区发展意义重大。基于此,利用熵权法与综合评价法相结合的方法,并借助协同关系计算公式,就全国11个主要的民族省(区)的商贸流通业与居民消费能力协同发展情况进行了科学评估,在此基础上,利用回归分析方法就影响两者协同发展的相关因素展开了具体研究。实证研究发现,民族地区商贸流通业与居民消费能力协同发展的情况不太理想,而城市人口密度、批发和零售业全社会固定资产投资、城乡居民人均现金消费支出、亿元以上商品市场交易个数、居民消费率等是其主要影响因素。对此,提出应从提升民族地区城镇化率、提升城乡居民消费能力、改善民族地区流通、基础设施建设等方面入手促进两者协同发展。
The coordinated development between the business circulation industry and the residents' consumption ability in ethnic areas of China plays a significant role in promoting their development. This paper adopts a comprehensive evaluation model and the entropy method plus a calculation equation of cooperative relation to evaluate the coordinated development between the business circulation industry and the residents' consumption ability in eleven major ethnic provinces and regions of China. Then,it uses the regression analysis to explore the factors influencing the coordinated development between them. The findings indicate that the coordinated development between the business circulation industry and the residents' consumption ability in ethnic areas of China is not satisfactory,and there are various factors influencing their coordinated development,including the urban population density,the wholesale and retail trade,the total fixed asset investment,the per capita expenditure of cash by urban and rural residents,the transactions of commodity markets with the transaction value over 100 million yuan,and the household consumption rate. It finally proposes that the promotion of the coordinated development in the ethnic areas of China relies on a higher urbanization rate,better circulation efficiency and urban- rural residents' consumption as well as more investment in the infrastructure projects.
