大批量定制环境下的按订单装配型（ATO）产品配置设计是一个利用已有标准化、模块化组件快速实现客户定制产品的过程。为了详细研究ATO产品配置设计过程，在给出了ATO产品配置设计基本概念的基础上，讨论了ATO产品配置设计原理，提出了将其设计过程划分为3个阶段和5个域的方法。研究结果表明，通过该方法有利于企业更好地实现ATO产品的定制设计，更快地满足客户的个性化需求。
英文摘要：
Configuration design of assemble-to-order （ATO） product for mass customization is a rapidly custom process with standardized and modularized modules. The concept and principle of configuration design of ATO product was introduced firstly. With regard to this design process, a method was presented to decompose this process into three phases and five domains. The resuits show that the method can be favor of the enterprise implements custom design of ATO product rapidly and satisfies individual demands.
