Green costume production decision-making includes investment scheme decision-making, design scheme decision-making, technics programming decision-making, material consumption decision-making, job shop schedule decision-making and discarded product recycling decision-making. Firstly the article introduces the above-mentioned decision-making process. The paper put forward a neural network decisionmaking method based on BP algorithm and realizes the impartiality and rationality of decision making. At the same time, the researchers bring 6R model into decision-making process, achieving the best decision making on the foundation of array sequence of 6R variables.
