This paper put forward the contradiction between traditional production mode and customers＂ demands after describing market competiton and custmoers＇demands.ln view of the contradiction,bring forward a web-based order management system gearing to the demands of individual consumers.The system is made up of three parts including client-side system, shop-end system and backstage-management system.By operation of the system,the general consumers with personalized demands,shops and corporate headquarters can be closely linked.Moreover,less miscellaneous process will improve efficiency.
