随着我国高等教育体制改革和对外开放的力度不断加大，高等教育办学方式呈多元化方向发展，也使生均培养成本成为一个既敏感又众说纷纭的数字。针对当前对于高校学生收费标准缺乏数量化依据的现状，以现有研究为基础，提出了一种数量化高校生均培养成本模型，并且给出了其计算机实现，有利于在生均培养成本中考虑区域性等特征，为进行跨校或地区进行高校生均培养成本计算进行了尝试。

Currently, no effective quantitative method exists for average education cultivation cost （AECC） for each student in university, which is the basis for determining how much the tuition fee should be. Therefore, based on some related research in existence, this paper puts forward a quantitative model of average education cultivation cost for each student. Meanwhile, a corresponding computer realization was elucidated, which will be a convenient tool to deal with a matter of regional significance, and help cultivate average education cultivation cost for different universities in one or many places.
