针对传统企业管理绩效评价指标设计偏重局部而忽略整体、评判标准滞后于组织变化等弊端,利用耗散结构理论从熵增和涨落两方面分析了企业管理的实质,并基于此设计了企业管理绩效的多层评价指标体系。在确立指标体系的基础上,结合改进熵值法进行定量计算。并结合实例进行了验证,取得了满意的效果。
In traditional performance evaluation, the design of the evaluation index emphasised on gradients but neglected the entirety, and the criteria for evaluation lagged the change of the organization. This paper, using dissipative structure theory to analyze the essential of enterprise management, designs an index-system of multi-tier architecture performance evaluation of enterprise management. On the basis of the index-system the paper gets the synthesized performance evaluation by improved entropy method. Then it combines with practical examples to validate, achieving good results.
