供应链边界问题是供应链研究中的难点之一，且研究方法主要局限于应用交易费用理论。文章从供应链运营管理过程中两种不同的工作模式及其特性入手，阐述了实施推拉式供应链过程中推拉边界的相关因素影响，进而采用博弈的方法对此边界点进行分析，最后用实例说明方法应用的灵活性和可行性。

英文摘要：

Supply chain border is one of the most difficult problems of supply chain. How to solve this problem is very important for the development and maturity of supply chain. However, up to now only a little related research has been done, meanwhile these work limited to Theory of Transaction Cost. Here, two different work-modes of supply chain are analyzed during business management. Then, the main related factors of push-pull border are discussed in the process of implementing push-pull supply chain, and the border pointer is studied through making use of game theory. Finally, the flexibility and feasibility of method are illustrated.
