基于对长三角和珠三角地区已建立工会企业的员工问卷调查发现,企业工会实践对企业劳资关系气氛、员工双承诺(工会承诺和组织承诺)存在不同程度的显著积极影响,劳资关系气氛对员工双承诺亦存在显著的积极影响;企业劳资关系气氛在企业工会实践与员工双承诺之间起部分中介作用。
Based on the survey of Chinese companies with trade unions in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, this paper shows that union practice has a positive effect on dual commitment (union commitment and organization commitment) and industrial relations climate. Industrial relations can also promote dual commitment level. Moreover, industrial relations climate has a mediate effect on the relationship between union practice and dual commitment.
