为了探究本土企业长寿（可持续发展）的原因，本文通过454份来自“长三角”与“珠三角”地区国有企业和民营企业的问卷调查，检验全球金融危机之后本土企业与利益相关者关系及其绩效的关系。结果发现，国企比民企的可持续发展能力更强；雏持良好的利益相关者关系（顾客、股东、社会）是企业在危机中获取良好绩效、达到可持续发展的主要影响因子。

This article explores the longevity/sustainable development factors of Chinese local enterprises using a sample of 454 questionnaires from the State-Owned Enterprises （SOEs） and private ones in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. The sample tests the relation between the firms＇ performance and the relationship with their interest-related partners after the global financial crisis. The findings indicate that SOEs have more sustainable development competenees and that a good relationship with their interest-related partners, especially with their customers, stakeholders and society are the key factors of high performance in the crisis.
