As the traditional human resource activity is still widely used by the management, the emerging industry - out.sourcing of human resource has developed beyond our imagination, which however attracted little notice. And this outsoureing has brought about enormous changes on target for human resource activities. Based on the literature of human resource outsouming, several determining factors that have impact on improving human resources out.sourcing efficiency and the effect of human resources outsourcing, and the future research in this field were loosed.
