通过实地访谈与问卷调查,基于统计分析,实证研究厦门企业人力资源管理,结果发现:大部分厦门企业设置了独立的人力资源管理部门,拥有专职的人力资源管理人员,建立了一系列人力资源管理制度和政策,比较重视人力资源管理硬功能及其信息系统建设,但人力资源规划、企业文化等软功能,仍需进一步完善。
The empirical study on human resource management of Xiamen enterprises is developed on the basis of the field interviews, questionnaires investigation and statistic analysis. It is found that there are independent human resource management departments and full-time human resource administrators in many enterprises in Xiamen. A series of human resource management systems and polices are constituted. The hard functions and the information system of human resource management have acquired more attention than the soft ones as human resource planning or enterprise culture. The latter ones will become the focus of Xiamen enterprises in the future.
