【Objective】 To establish a comprehensive assessment system of blood sugar control target affecting the prognosis of postoperative patients with stress hyperglycemia.【Methods】 Literature analysis preferred method,expert advice and hierarchical analysis were used to a comprehensive assessment on different blood sugar control target impact indicators of the prognosis of patients with postoperative stress hyperglycemia.【Results】 An assessment system was established,which contains four level indicators,17 secondary indicators and corresponding weights.【Conclusion】 Expert enthusiasm,degree of authority,concentration of expert adv-ice,and consistent evaluation indicators are higher,indicating a higher degree of the credibility of the evaluation system.
