教师绩效考核作为教师管理的一项重要手段,一方面为薪酬管理、职位变更、教师培训等措施提供事实依据,另一方面也加深了教师对自身存在问题的了解,便于今后工作的改善和提高,激励教师成长及提高教师工作的积极性。从绩效的内涵入手,对近年来我国高校教师绩效考核研究进行梳理,并指出了目前研究存在的问题,从而为我国高校教师绩效考核提供理论帮助。
Performance evaluation is a very important measure to manage university teachers. On the one hand, it provides factual basis for payment management, post changes, teachers'training, on the other hand, it can deepen teach- ers" understanding of their own problems, which is convenient for teachers'improvement and enhancement and can encour- age teachers'growth and improve their motivation. This paper, starting with the connotation of perforinanee, investigates the performance evaluation of university teachers of China in recent years, and points out the problems in current re- search, in order to provide theoretical assistance for performance evaluation of university teachers in China.
