This paper predicts the demand of Jilin higher vocational logistic talents by using grey prediction GM （ 1, 1 ） model and gets the corresponding results. The predicting results not only provide a good foundation for Jilin higher vocational school students, but also supply valuable references for all levels of governments to formulate relevant policies.
