SME financing theories and practices at home and abroad prove that it＇ s of important and crucial signifi- cance to make scientific evaluation of SME credit. On the basis of reviewing related researched and based on AHP analysis method, the paper constructed a credit rating index system in ling with the characteristics of SMEs, which focuses on the assessment of related indicators for performance capability and growth ability of SMEs.
