以第三方物流企业（TPL）在融通仓模式下为客户（主要是供应链中处于弱势地位的中小企业）提供融资监管这一行为作为研究对象，研究TPL的收费定价优化方法。基于无套利均衡理论，构建了TPL收费定价模型，给出了TPL在融通仓模式中所提供融资监管服务的收费标准确定方法。给供应链在融通仓模式和传统融资模式两种可选择模式前提下，以供应链整体收益最大化作为目标函数，TPL的服务成本费率为决策变量，确定了其决策的阈值。
英文摘要：
This paper mainly studies TPL offering financing monitoring service to SMEs in the finance, transportation and warehouse （FTW） financing pattern, and tries to propose an optimizing pricing method for TPL＇ s service. Based on No- Arbitrage method, it constructs a TPL pricing model, and tries to get the market value of TPL＇ s service. Besides, it also discusses how to maximize the entire supply chain＇ s profits when supply chain members choose between FTW financing pattern and traditional financing pattern.
