应对低碳环境下碳排放权限制与交易政策给供应链企业带来的冲击，保证低碳经济中供应链的持续经营，提出了供应链实现减排目标的最优方案是实施整体低碳化策略。考虑了碳排放权限制和交易的影响，结合供应链上不同节点企业的边际减排成本差异和低碳因素对不同节点企业产品价值贡献差异，设计了一套供应链整体低碳化策略。在该策略基础上，构建了供应链整体减排优化模型，并给出了相应的求解方法，定量地解决了供应链整体低碳化的问题。
英文摘要：
To reduce the impact of the low-carbon environment and the low-carbon economy on the supply chain, ensure the sustainability of the supply chain operation, better achieve the emission reduction targets,the best way is making the integrated supply chain as a unit for low carbon management. This paper considers the different enterprises with the marginal abatement cost and the enhance prices of low-carbon products designs a supply chain low-carbon mechanism with carbon emission rights and trading. Under this mechanism,we develop an optimal integrated carbon emission reduction model for supply chain, then give the corresponding solving method, solve the problem with a quantitative way.
