高校教师分类评价是实现师资队伍人尽其才、才尽其用的重要手段,国内高校已开始推行教师分类评价制度。文章通过深入分析当前国内高校教师分类评价实施情况及现存问题,从实现高校科学分类、明确高校教师分类评价目的、建立高校教师分类评价动态平衡机制、完善保障与配套体系四个方面探讨高校实现教师分类评价的路径。
As an important means of making the best use of talents, classified evaluation of teachers has been carried out in colleges and universities in China. This paper, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of classified evaluation of university teachers in China, and discusses the ways of realizing the classification of college teachers from four aspects: scientific classification of universities, clarified purpose of classified evaluation, establishment of the dynamic balance mechanism of evaluation, and promotion of the guarantee and support svstem.
