以组织正式师徒关系双方为研究对象,构建导师指导与徒弟创造力影响的调节中介效应模型,探讨心理韧性的中介作用机制和导师组织代表性的调节效应。研究结果表明:职业发展、社会心理、角色模范对徒弟创造力有显著正向影响;心理韧性在职业发展、社会心理和徒弟创造力的关系中起部分中介作用;导师组织代表性显著调节职业发展、社会心理与心理韧性之间的关系,导师的组织代表性越高,两者之间的正向关系越强;导师组织代表性调节了心理韧性在职业发展、社会心理与创造力之间的中介作用。
Take the formal mentoring relationship as the research object, the article construct a moderated mediation model to research the mediator and bounder variable of the mechanism between mentoring function and protege creativity. The results show that :career function, psychosocial function and role-modeling function have a significant positive effect on protege creativity. Resilience plays partly mediating affects in the relationship between career function, psychosocial function and protege creativity. Mentor's organization embodiment moderates the mediation effect of career function and psychosocial function on protege creativity.
