通过界定心理契约和工作嵌入的内涵,着重研究心理契约对高校科研团队绩效的影响,引入工作嵌入作为中介变量,收集来自江苏省不同类型高校科研创新团队调研数据,运用SEM(结构方程)方法对样本数据进行分析,提出的相关假设得以验证。结果显示:心理契约正向显著影响高校科研团队绩效水平,而且工作嵌入在两者关系中起到部分中介作用。
The effect of psychological contract on research team performance is explored with job embeddedness as the medium. The data are from the different types of research teams of the universities in Jiangsu Province. Structural equation modeling analysis is applied to those data. The result shows that psychological contract has positive effect on research team performance and that job embeddedness plays the partial role of medium in their relationship.
