农民土地权益保障问题是我国现阶段突出的问题，农民的土地权益在经济、社会、政治、发展等方面均存在不同程度的受损，文章分析了农民土地权益受损的原因，结合农村综合改革及征地制度改革的新形势，从宏观和微观两个层次上提出了保障农民土地权益的对策与建议。

Nowadays,the guarantee of peasants＇ land rights and interests is a prominent problem in China.The peasants＇ land rights and interests are suffering yawing degrees of damage on several aspects such as economy, society, politics, developmenth and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of damage to peasants＇ land rights and interests.Combining with the new situation of rural comprehensive reform and land expropriation system reform, some countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee peasants＇ land rights and interests are provided from macroscopic and microscopic two levels.
