由于风电本身具有随机性、间歇性和不可控等特性,风电需要与常规能源水电、火电组合外送。风水火打捆经跨区高压输电线路外送,必然改变系统的阻尼特性、影响系统的小干扰稳定性。为了研究风水火打捆外送对系统小干扰稳定性影响,分别从风电、水电、火电角度分析其各自对系统小干扰稳定性影响;运用PSASP程序对实际电网仿真,通过改变风电、水电、火电在外送中所占比例,研究风水火打捆配比外送对系统小干扰稳定性的影响。分析结果对最大限度的风电外送及电网安全稳定运行具有重要的指导意义。
Due to the randomness, intermittent and uncontrollable characteristics of the wind power, it needs to be combined with conventional hydropower and thermal power energy to be delivered. The thermal-generated and hydroelectric power bundled with wind power is sent through high voltage transmission line, it is certain to change the damping characteristic and affect the stability of the system small disturbance. In order to study the impact of thermal-generated and hydroelectric power bundled with wind power on system small disturbance stability, the impact of wind power, hydropower and thermal power on system small disturbance stability was analyzed. The actual power grid was simulated by using PSASP program. With changing the proportion of wind power, hydropower and thermal power respective in the delivery, the impact of the proportion of the thermal-generated and hydroelectric power bundled with wind power delivery on system small disturbance stability was studied. The results of the analysis have a great important guiding significance in the maximum wind power delivery and the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
