以河北省某高速公路加筋高填方路堤工程为依托,通过室内直剪试验与拉拔试验,系统研究了不同垂直荷载作用下筋土界面的摩擦特性,并分析了试验装置、试验方法对试验结果的影响规律.结果表明,在两种试验条件下,其加筋机理有所不同,当相对位移较小时,直剪摩擦试验较能反映实际情况,当相对位移较大时,填料与土工格栅双面均发生相对位移,因此拉拔试验更为合适.由对比分析可知,拉拔试验剪应力峰值高,且达到峰值强度时剪切位移大.对于双向土工格栅的加筋状况,由于双向土工格栅与填料的空间咬合作用更强一些,宏观上表现为其加筋效果要优于单向土工格栅.该试验结果可为类似的加筋高填方路堤工程研究提供参考依据.
Based on reinforced high embankment project in Hebei province, the friction characteristic ofgeogrid-soil in- terface were researched under different vertical loads with direct shear tests and pull tests. The effect of test equipment and test method on test results were analyzed. The results show that the reinforcement mechanisms of two test conditions are different. The results of direct shear test reflect the actual situation when the relative displacement is small. Due to upper and lower surfaces ofgeogrids and filling occurs friction each other, they appeared relative displacement in pull-out test, the pull-out test is more appropriate to simulate practical situation which the relative displacement is larger. The final comparative analysis shows that shear stress peak value of pull-out test is higher and shear displacement is larger when the shear stress reaches peak strength. For biaxial plastic geogrid reinforced high embankment project, the reinforced effect is better than uniaxial plastic geogrid in the macroscopic because the effect of space bites force between biaxial plastic ge- ogrid and the filling is stronger. These results can provide reliable reference for the similar reinforced high embankment project.
