设计了一种基于PC机的数控机床刀具磨损无线监测系统。下位机传感器获知加工过程中刀具的振动以及温度值,接入相关调理电路后,再通过Zigbee射频单片机A/D转换后以一定格式传输到远端PC机上。PC机上位机应用程序由C#开发,利用微软自带的MSChart图表绘图功能实时绘出振动和温度值曲线,通过观察曲线值变化以判断刀具是否磨损。
A wireless monitoring system of CNC machine tool wear based on PC is designed.Lower sensor controller get tool vibration and tool temperature value,then access to adjusting circuit.After A/D conversion.The value are transmissed to remote PC in a certain format by ZigBee rf microcontroller.The PC applications is developed by C#,by using Microsoft MSChart widget to draw real-time vibration and temperature value curve.Then determine whether tool wear by value through observation curve.
