总结产业技术创新战略联盟的定义及其成员构成情况，构建由成果水平、经济效益、社会效益、产业竞争力、集成效应、协作水平等6个一级指标组成的产业技术创新战略联盟运行绩效的评价指标体系。在评价方法的选取上，采用模糊综合评价法。对我国产业技术创新战略联盟的进一步开展提供了导向作用。

It summarized the definition and elements of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, and constructed its performance evaluation system based on such indexes of the results level, economic benefits, social benefits, industrial competitiveness, integrated effect and the cooperation level. The used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the evaluation index system may make a lead for further development of the industrial technology innovation strategic alliances in China.
