为研究几丁质合成抑制剂除虫脲对不同龄期中华稻蝗若虫的毒性效应，将除虫脲用丙酮溶解，稀释至不同浓度，点滴法处理试虫。结果表明除虫脲对2、3龄中华稻蝗若虫具有一定的毒性效应，试虫出现因蜕皮困难而死亡的现象，且影响其进食和增重。
英文摘要：
The toxic effect of diflubenzuron （ a kind of chitin synthesis inhibitor） against Oxya chinensis was investigated. Diflubenzuron was distilled in acetone and diluted into different concentrations. Different stage nymphs of O. chinensis were treated by drop method. The results showed that diflubenzuron was toxic on the 2-3 instar nymphs of O. chinensis, and nymphs died with molting failed. Feeding and weight of O. chinensis were also affected by diflubenzuron. The result showed the significant effect in controlling the O. chinensis by using the chitin synthesis inhibitor.
