知识是一种独特的有价值的关键资源,对知识的管理和有效利用对于增强组织核心竞争力有着至关重要的作用。但组织内知识流动并非易事,知识共享通常不是自然发生的。组织中员工知识共享水平的提高,需要员工之间进行沟通与交流,社会化为员工沟通交流提供了机会。非正式社会化作为发生在个人层面的社会化类型,对组织中人与人之间的知识共享行为具有非常重要的作用。对来自长江三角洲的13家企业问卷调查数据进行分析,搭建非正式社会化、社会交互作用、权力距离、知识共享4个变量之间的交互作用模型,采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和结构方程分析方法,就非正式社会化对知识共享的影响机制进行了讨论。
As a kind of valuable and key resource, knowledge sharing plays a important role in enhancing organization core competitiveness and strength. But the knowledge which flows is not easy in the organization, and knowledge sharing not often occur naturally. In order to enhance employee's level of knowledge sharing in the organization, communication is vital between employees, socialization provide a opportunity of communication between employees. Informal socialization occurs on a personal level, playing a vital role in the relationship of employees in the organization. Through conducting a ques- tionnaire survey of thirteen firms of yangtze river delta, building a model of interaction among social interaction, informal socialization, power distance and knowledge sharing, using a method of exploratory factor analysis, verifying factor analy- sis and structural equation analysis, the influence mechanism of informal socialization to knowledge sharing are discussed.
