To make a new growth pole,accelerate the transition to upgrade,and get benign interaction between urbanization and industrialization,promoting better and faster development of industrial economic circle has become the Huicheng district＇s urgent need since administrative adjustment.But factor backup,industrial park construction,public service platform and regional brand constitute bottlenecks.It necessarily calls for bringing forth new ideas,breaking through bottlenecks,evading regional industrial isomorphism,increasing driving role of large projects,accelerating traditional industries＇transition to upgrade,cultivating and developing emerging industries.
