介绍了数控功率放大器的设计与调试结果。该数控功率放大器的作用在于对前级电路产生的信号进行转换、滤波、功率放大等处理,将其转换为换能器所需的大功率正弦信号,并通过Pc机在外部控制其放大增益。该电路以单片机、集成6阶Butterworth低通滤波芯片以及大功率运算放大器为核心,通过标准RS-232接口与PC进行通信,具有信号放大增益实时可调、对干扰信号具有良好的抑制作用等优点。经调试,该电路工作稳定,输出波形无失真,在输出功率、放大增益以及波纹系数等方面均满足设计要求。
This paper introduces the design and realization of the digital controlled power amplifier. The digital controlled power amplifier finishes the filtering and power amplifiering to the signal from the source, and make it meet the needs of the transducer to the input signal. The circuit which used the MCU, 6th order But-terworth low pass filter chip and power operational amplifier as the nucleus, communicated with PC throuth in~ terface of standard RS-232, can be countroled in the overall gain to the signal and rejected the interference signal effectively. After the test, the circuit output the signal without distortion and meet the demands in the output power, gain and so on.
