S. degree in communication engineering from Liaoning University at Shengyang in 1999 and received the M. S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Naval Aeronautical Astronautical University at Yantai in 2002 and 2006, respectively. Her main research orientations include multi-sensor information fusion, pattern recognition, radar data processing, etc. He You was born in 1956. Now he is an associate president in Naval Aeronautical Astronautical University at Yantai and superintendent of Research Institute of Information Fusion. He is a professor and fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He received the B. S. and the M. S. degrees in electronic engineering and computer science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology at Wuhan in 1982 and 1988, respectively. He received his Ph. D. degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in 1997. His research interests include detection and estimation theory, digital signal processing, CFAR processing, distributed detection theory, pattern recognition, multiple target tracking, and multi-sensor information fusion.
