基于自主开发的6速干式双离合变速器(DCT),在分析其预换挡过程特殊性的基础上,提出了提前接合目标挡位离合器以减小同步器两端转速差的协调控制策略和拨叉轴位置伺服控制策略,以改善DCT预换挡品质。首先,细化了DCT预换挡过程,对干式DCT预换挡过程换挡阻力进行了计算,提出了提前接合目标挡位离合器以减小同步器两端转速差的协调控制策略;其次,提出了基于模糊PID及拨叉轴目标位置闭环跟踪控制策略。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了DCT预换挡过程仿真模型并进行了仿真和台架验证试验。结果表明:所提出的控制策略相对于未提前接合目标挡位离合器的控制策略,预换挡时间缩短43%,同步器滑摩功减少85.34%;预换挡执行机构可以准确跟踪上层控制策略确定的拨叉轴目标位置,证明上层控制策略有效。
As for the self-developed six speed dry dual clutch transmission(DDCT),the coordinating control strategy of engaging the target-gear clutch in advance to decrease the rotation difference between the synchronizer drive and driven part and the position servo control strategy of shifting fork shaft were proposed based on the particularity analysis in the pre-shift process,in order to improve the pre-shift quality of DCT.Firstly,the pre-shift process was subdivided,the shift resistance in pre-shift process of dry DCT was calculated,and the coordinating control strategy of engaging the target-gear clutch in advance to decrease the rotation difference between the synchronizer drive and driven part was proposed.Then,the control strategy based on fuzzy PID and target position closed-loop tracking of shifting fork shaft was proposed.Finally,the preshift process simulation model was built on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform and bench test was carried out.The results show that the proposed control strategy makes the pre-shift time decrease by 43% and the sliding friction work of synchronizer reduce by 85.34%,in contrast to the control strategy with no target-gear clutch engaging in advance.The pre-shift actuator can accurately track the target position of shifting fork shaft determined by the upper layer controlstrategy,which verifies the effectiveness of the upper layer control strategy.
