动力电池作为混合动力汽车的全部或部分动力源,对动力电池单体电压的实时采集、监控具有重要意义。设计一种电池管理系统(BMS)电压采样电路,分析电压采样原理,通过电池箱模拟单体电池电压,编写软件控制单个模块电压采样,比较不同电压下的电压采样精度。测试结果表明,电压采样精度较高,满足电压采样设计要求。
As the power battery is taken as the whole or partial power source of the hybrid electric vehicle(HEV),real-time acquirement and monitoring of the single-cell voltage have great significance.A voltage sampling circuit of battery manage-ment system(BMS)was designed.The voltage sampling principle is analyzed.The battery box is used to simulate the single-cellvoltage.The program is compiled to control the voltage sampling of the single module.The voltage sampling accuracy is com-pared at different voltages.The test results show that the voltage sampling accuracy of the circuit is high,and the circuit canmeet the design requirements of voltage sampling.
