基于拉维娜行星齿轮系,设计了结构紧凑的新型复合功率分流变速器,应用等效杠杆法对其进行结构简化与分析。建立了搭载该变速器的动力系统数学模型,对整车工作模式进行分析并优化了各工作模式下的控制策略。最终利用离线仿真和实车试验对其设计方案和控制策略的有效性进行了验证。
A novel compound power-split transmission with compact structure is designed based on Ravigneaux planetary gear set with its structure simplified and analyzed by means of lever analogy. A mathematical model for the powertrain equipped with compound power-split transmission is established, the operating modes of vehicle are analyzed, and the control strategy for each operating mode is optimized. Finally, the design schemes of trans- mission and the effectiveness of its control strategy are validated by off-line simulation and real vehicle test.
