基于自主开发的6挡双中间轴双离合器自动变速器(DCT)结构及传动原理,建立了DCT不同传动状态下的动力学模型,开发了相应的状态切换逻辑及离合器压力控制策略,采用二参数经济性换挡规律,基于NEDC循环工况,在Matlab/Sim—ulink/Stateflow平台下,仿真考察了DCT在车辆起步及换挡过程的动态性能,同时分析了DCT车辆的燃油经济性与动力性。仿真结果表明,DCT能有效地消除换挡时的动力中断,与MT原车定型试验结果相比,DCT可提高车辆加速性能且具有较好的燃油经济性。
Based on the structure and working principle of the self - developed 6 - gear dual inter- mediate shaft DCT, the dynamic models of trans- mission in different states is built. The correspond- ing state transition logic and clutch pressure con- trol strategy are created as well. In order to ana- lyze the dynamic performances of launch and shift- ing phases, the simulation based on the NEDC drive cycle is done in the Matlab/Simulink/State- flow with the two - parameter economy shift schedule. The fuel economy and power performance of the DCT vehicle is analyzed as well. The results show that the DCT can effectively eliminate the power interruption and improves the car~s acceleration performance and obtains lower fuel consump- tion compared with the MT original vehicle.
