介绍了在混合动力汽车中应用DCT技术的优势,提出了装备DCT的几种混合动力系统构型,从结构、功能等方面对各构型的优缺点进行了分析,并从工程化实现、研发成本和研发周期角度对每种构型的可行性进行定性分析。重点阐述了2种具备高可行性和研究价值的构型:BSG+主电机DCT后布置方案在短期内具有较好可行性:BSG+DCT奇数轴电机双电机结构是DCT混合动力汽车的主要发展趋势。
In this paper, the advantage of the DCT technology applied in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV)is introduced, and some configurations of HEV equipped with DCT are presented with a thorough analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, then qualitative analysis is made to feasibility of each configuration in terms of engineering realization, research and development cost and lead cycle. The paper lays focus on expounding two configurations with high feasibility and research value: BSG+main motor rear DCT plan has good feasibility in short term; BSG+DCT odd shift dual motor configuration is the mainstream development trend of HEV equipped with DCT.
