基于6速干式DCT建立了换挡动力学模型.根据换挡品质要求量化了换挡控制目标.将DCT换挡过程分为转矩相、惯性相、微滑摩阶段及需求转矩切换阶段,实现了无冲击换挡。基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)建立了换挡时间决策体系,并通过在线遗传算法实时优化转矩相和惯性相的时间分配.解决了DCT换挡过程中换挡时问决策问题及双离合器与发动机间的转矩协调控制问题,减少了换挡过程中滑摩功的产生。Matlab仿真结果表明.所提出的基于模型的转矩协调最优控制策略能有效提高DCT车辆的换挡品质.
A shifting dynamics model of 6--speed dry dual clutch transmission (DCT) have been established, the shifting control objective is quantified according to the requirement of shifting quality, and the shifting process of DCT is divided into torque phase, inertia phase, micro slip friction phase and demand torque switch phase, shock-free shifting is realized. Shifting time decision system is established based on fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) , and time distribution of torque phase and inertia phase is optimized in a real-time manner by online genetic algorithm, which solves the problem of shifting-time decision of DCT during shifting and torque coordination and control between DCT and engine, reduces friction work during the shifting process. Simulation results on Matlab/Simulink show that the coordinated and optimal shifting control strategy proposed in the paper can improve the shifting quality effectively.
