基于自主研发的ISG轻度混合动力电动汽车,分析了其发动机快速起动瞬态过程。采用实车试验数据,得到了发动机起动过程的阻力矩特性。利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立了快速起动过程仿真模型,进行了冷/热起动性能仿真。分析了不同起动控制参数、电机设计参数和旋转部件转动惯量等参数对发动机起动性能的影响,并遴选出相对较优的设计参数,为发动机快速起动过程的优化奠定了基础。
Based on the selfdeveloped ISG mild hybrid electric vehicle,the fast starting transient process is analyzed. The engine drag torque characteristic during starting process is acquired via the experiment data of real vehicle. The fast starting process simulation model is built by the Matlab/Simulink software, and its cold and heat starting performance is simulated. The effects of different parameters such as starting control parameters, motor designing parameters and the moment of inertia of rotating components have on engine starting performance are analyzed,and the optimized designing parameters are obtained as well. This provides a basis for the optimization of engine fast starting process.
