在分析产品复杂性与其竞争优势关系的基础上,提出了产品复杂性与低成本协同的两维度企业竞争优势演化分析模型和不同情境下的演化路径,结合格兰仕微波炉产品案例,指出以简化产品复杂性方式来降低生产成本并不是企业未来的发展方向,而是应该通过提高自己的创新能力实现增加产品复杂性,减少对他人技术依赖来降低产品成本。
To meet the growing external complexity,enterprises are increasing product complexity to gain competitive advantage,but it also induces increased production costs that swallow its competitive advantage.Therefore,how to get the synergy of product complexity and cost together,it becomes a problem which needs to be solved in the management of organizational complexity.Based on analyzing the relationship between product complexity and competitive advantage,this paper proposes a two-dimensional evolutionary model of competitive advantage based on synergy of product complexity and low cost,and the evolutionary path in different situations,combined with cases of Galanz microwave oven products,draws a conclusion that the direction of future development of enterprises is not to reduce costs by simplifying product complexity,but to increase product complexity while reducing product costs through promoting their innovation capability.
