当前员工的工作与非工作边界模糊化的客观现实,使得有效管理工作-非工作边界渗透成为组织和个体都必须面对的迫切问题。为此,在阐释工作-非工作边界分离与融合动态演变的基础上,分析了工作-非工作边界渗透的特性与影响结果,结合工作-非工作边界渗透的个体与情境影响因素探讨,提出了工作-非工作边界渗透的个人和企业双主体管理路径,并指出了工作-非工作边界渗透未来研究的方向。
The blurring reality of the boundary between work and nonwork, makes it necessary for organization and its members to manage boundary permeability effectively. Based on the analysis of dynamic evolution in the segmentation-integration of work-nonwork boundary, the present paper introduced the characteristics and effects of work-nonwork boundary permeability. Combined with the discussion of individual and contextual antecedents for work-nonwork boundary permeability, the paper produced dual-agent management path of work-nonwork boundary permeability. Then it also proposed the research direction of work-nonwork boundary permeability.
