Currently,the cooperation between the library and community is faced with the dilemma of shallow stratification,which lacks internal motivation and connotations,as well as demands guidance and service personnel. Through the reform of the motivation system,deepening cooperation connotations,setting up the demand guidance,cultivating the volunteer teams,we can further promote the deep cooperation between the library and community.
