英文摘要：
The social cooperation is an development mode of library and the dynamic mechanism is the core problem of the beginning and development of cooperation between library and society. The synergy theory is consistent with the cooperation between library and society in four aspects of complexity, openness, non-linearity and no.equilibrium, and the cooperation depends on the power of the benefit of a win-win and needs of users which forms the motive force through the process of organization, and then the comple mentary dynamic mechanism is developed under the drive of policy guarantee to further promote the synergetic development of coop eration between library and society.
