In the process of combating against corruption, the adjustment of possession occupation or interest allocation as well as the arrangement of power supervision and system restriction all belong to the important content of state governance. To evaluate integrity dimension of state governance modernization, we can depend on the following standards. Firstly, we can depend on integrity value dimension, including public spirit, deliberative democracy and people first. Secondly, we can rely on integrity structure dimension, which means multivariate subjects, power restriction and social autonomy. Thirdly, we can apply integrity politics dimension, which includes independent culture, decentralization and constitutional restriction.
