通过现场暴露试验,得到了十种铝及铝合金在我国七个典型大气环境试验站1年和10年两个周期的大气腐蚀速率;采用灰色关联方法对污染物和气象因素对铝及铝合金短期和长期大气腐蚀速率的影响进行了分析。结果表明:对铝及铝合金大气腐蚀影响最大的污染物因素是SO2,最大的气象因素是最低温度和平均湿度。
Atmospheric corrosion of aluminum and its alloys was investigated at seven test sites in China for over 10 years exposure. Correlations between corrosion rate of aluminum alloys and its influencing factors including environmental conditions and alloying elements were studied using gray relational analysis method. It is concluded that the remarkable factor of atmospheric pollutants which affect the corrosion rate of aluminum and its alloys is SO2, while the most notable factors of meteorology are the lowest temperature and average humidity.
