采用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等技术对桑白皮的乙酸乙酯层进行分离纯化.再根据理化性质和光谱学数据对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果表明:从桑白皮的乙酸乙酯层共分离得到8个化合物,分别为三十三烷、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、东莨菪内酯、kuwanon S、正三十一烷和2’-Hydroxy-4’,6’-dimethoxy-acetophenone。其中,棕榈酸为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The ethyl acetate extract of Cortex Mori TLC, Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatography, elucidated by their physieoehemieal properties and was studied with the silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization, etc, and the chemical constituents were spectral datas. There were eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Cortex Moil. The chemical structures of them were elucidated as : tritriacontane, hexadecanoic acid, β - sitosterol, oleanolic acid, scopoletin, kuwanon S, hentriacontane, 2' - Hy- droxy -4' , 6' - dimethoxy - acetophenone. Hexadecanoic acid was obtained from this plant for the first time.
