针对以往研究中忽略软实力影响因素的不足,将软实力理论引入建筑产业竞争力研究,确定了由产业硬实力和软实力共同构成的更为全面的影响因素体系。采用结构方程模型,对其影响机制进行了实证研究,并提出了相应的政策建议。研究表明：产业创新对建筑产业竞争力具有关键性作用;政府监管与服务通过广泛影响其他因素从而间接影响建筑产业竞争力;建筑产业文化的建立能够有助于提升建筑产业竞争力;建筑产业竞争力最终取决于硬实力和软实力各项因素相互协同作用的结果。
英文摘要：
Aiming at making up the lack of study on soft power of construction industry, this paper introduces the theory of soft power into the study of competitiveness of Chinese construction industry and chooses impact factors of industry hard competitiveness and soft competitiveness.Using structural equation model,we study the mechanism of its internal structure and its impact by means of empirical analysis.The results show that industrial innovation plays a crucial role in promoting industry＇s competitiveness. Government regulation and service indirectly affects construction industry＇s core competitiveness through a wide range of other factors. The establish- ment of construction industry culture can help to improve the competitiveness of the construction industry. The level of competitiveness of construction industry ultimately depends on the cooperation of hard and soft competiveness.
