对国外关于工作压力与积极行为关系的理论研究成果进行介绍,并从挑战型一阻碍型压力框架的视角分别综述两类压力对员工积极行为的影响及其作用机理。最后,在总结已有研究成果的基础上对未来研究的重点进行展望。
This paper introduces several different theories on the relationship between work stress and proactive behavior, and based on the challenge-hindrance stressor framework, the paper reviews the effect and mechanism of the two types of stressors on proactive behavior respectively. Finally, prospects are put forward for future research.
