本文基于平衡计分卡的理论,结合文献浏览、专家访谈和问卷调查,构建了包括4个维度、12个要素和33个指标的工程企业多项目优先级评价指标体系;采用层次分析法,设计并发放调查问卷,获取工程企业管理者在多项目优先级管理中的经验数据,计算得到各评价维度和评价要素相对于总目标的权重,为企业在多项目管理中安排项目计划、合理规划和分配资源等提供参考依据。
Based on the Balanced Score Card theory,through systematically literatures reviewing and experts interviewing,a three-leveled strategic indicator system is set up for multi-project prioritization of construction enterprise,including 4 perspectives,12 criteria and 33 indicators.A questionnaire is designed,applying Analytic Hierarchy Process,and sent out to Chinese construction enterprises to obtain industry data.Then,weight for each perspective or criterion is calculated,which will be references for enterprises to make project schedule,planning and allocating resources properly in multi-project environment.
