EPC总承包模式逐渐成为国际工程承发包的主流模式,我国越来越多的工程承包商开始向EPC总承包领域发展,凝聚力是影响EPC项目高层管理团队绩效的关键因素之一,因此,进行EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力研究,对于我国开展EPC项目意义非凡。首先。基于现有凝聚力定义的研究,从EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力的内涵入手,对EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力进行了界定;其次,引入期望理论,基于动态期望理论构建逻辑关系模型,分析了EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力形成的逻辑关系,并用图进行了明确的展示;最后,根据EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力形成的逻辑关系,基于动态期望实现逻辑模型,从定量的角度进行分析,基于分析结果提出了EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力塑造策略,这为塑造EPC项目高层管理团队凝聚力提供了一种新视角。
The EPC general contractor pattern is becoming the mainstream pattern in the international projects. More and more pro- ject contractors are beginning to entry EPC project fields in China. Cohesiveness is one of key influencing factors on the performance of top management team (TMT) in the EPC projecs. So, to shape cohesiveness in the EPC project's TMT is very significant to conduct the EPC projects in china. Firstly, based on the present research materials about TMT, and from the cohesiveness connotation of the EPC project's top management team, the paper defines the definition of the cohesiveness in the EPC project's TMT. Then, introducing the expectancy theory and based on dynamic expectancy theory, the logical formation relationship of the cohesiveness in the EPC project's TMT is showed by graph. Finally, based on the analysis above and the dynamic expectations achieving logical model, from the quanti- tative angle, it proposes the shaping measures of the cohesiveness in the EPC project's TMT, which provides a new perspective of shaping cohesiveness in the EPC project's TMT.
