大型工程项目管理绩效评价是大型项目管理至关重要的环节,评价方法的科学与否影响管理水平的高低.为了使评价更具合理性,根据项目管理的九大知识领域建立了大型工程项目管理绩效评价指标体系,利用有序加权方法计算指标权重,通过模糊评价方法对大型工程项目管理绩效进行定量评价,提高了评价的可靠性.最后通过实证研究,分析绩效评价结果,提出相应改进措施,说明该方法具有可行性.
英文摘要：
The evaluation of large engineering project management performance proves to be important in the scientific method of evaluation and the level of management. In order to make the evaluation reasonable, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of large engineering project management based on the PMBOK （Project Management Body of Knowl edge）, then calculates the index weight by using OWA （Ordered Weighted Averaging） method, then makes a quantitative evaluation of large engineering project management performance on method of fuzzy evaluation. Through empirical research, it analyses the results of performance evaluation and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
